The Department of Psychiatry at Columbia University is inviting applications for a faculty position at the assistant or associate professor level. We seek candidates whose research is focused on cognitive/affective, computational, and neural mechanisms of human behaviors relevant to psychiatric disorders. Expertise in the development of cognitive paradigms amenable to theory-driven computational approaches to the analysis of fMRI and behavioral data. The successful candidate will contribute to the intellectual vitality of the Department of Psychiatry and will be engaged in translational, collaborative work with clinical researchers, and with researchers studying related processes in humans and non-human model systems, including faculty within and beyond the Department of Psychiatry at Columbia.
