The 2nd Italian Conference on Computational Psychiatry will be held in Parma on November 28th and 29th, 2024.

We are committed to keeping the conference open and accessible to anyone interested in exploring the potential applications of computational methods to psychiatric disorders. Therefore, registration will be free and open to students, clinicians, and researchers. To register, please send an email by October 30th, 2024.

The main aim of the conference is to introduce clinicians and early-career psychiatrists to both data-driven and model-based computational approaches to psychiatric disorders. The first day will focus on theory-driven approaches applied to various clinical populations, while the second day will explore data-driven methods.

For early-career researchers interested in computational psychiatry, a special session will be held on November 29th, 2024. To participate in this session, we invite early-career researchers (defined as researchers under 40 years old who completed their education, including residency or PhD, in the last six years) to submit an abstract (up to 250 words) presenting their work in computational psychiatry. Abstracts should be submitted via email by October 30th, 2024.

The authors of the five best abstracts will be invited to give flash presentations during the early-career session on November 29th, 2024. The winners will be notified by November 15th, 2024.

We look forward to see you in Parma!
