Post Doctoral AssociateWe are seeking applications for a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh under the direction of Alex Dombrovski, M.D. (University of Pittsburgh), Michael Hallquist, Ph.D. (University of North Carolina), Karim Jerbi, Ph.D. and Paul Cisek, Ph.D. (University of Montreal). The research fellow will work on an NIMH-funded MEG and EEG studies of decision processes in the dorsal stream. The fellow will spend part of their time at Drs. Jerbi’s and Cisek’s labs in Montreal. Ideally, applicants should have experience with MEG and/or EEG, cognitive neuroscience, and reinforcement-learning computational models of behavior. Experience with machine learning and dimensionality reduction techniques would be a valuable addition. This position will require excellent quantitative and statistical skills, and successful candidates will have a track record of published high-quality research. Proficiency with Matlab, R, and Python is desirable.
