This meeting will again combine tutorial and research talk.
- introduction to behavioural modelling
- recent advances using hierarchical EM-based and their statistical properties
- fitting hierarchical models using general-purpose sampling (MCMC) methods
- issues and approaches to model comparison
Although many of the issues apply to other types of data, the presentation will focus on behavioural data modelling.
Example matlab scripts: emfit.m
